Phyllis Tracy

An artist throughout my life and career, I have been inspired by the nature that surrounds me. When growing up in Marblehead, MA it was the sea and the marshes of the Northshore that captured my desire to capture it’s beauty. Later in life I have been moved by the vastness of the mountain landscape. Also, as a mother and grandmother, the spirit of joy in childhood discoveries has been inspirational. In all my paintings I try to create my joy through the love of color.
