How to Submit Inventory Information

  1. Download the inventory form and fill out all the details using your computer and save as YOURNAME-MAA Inventory Spreadsheet – DATE, using Microsoft Excel software (or Numbers software if you have a Mac. If using a Mac, please Export To” (under the FILE menu) to Excel format before submission).
  2. For each season, start with a new inventory form and continue numbering from the previous sheet submitted.
  3. Email your forms to [email protected] prior to your scheduled drop off date.
  4. Print your spreadsheet to bring to the drop off.
  5. Label all items with your name, inventory id, and price.

Please send the file as an .xlsx spreadsheet file ONLY. Image, word and pdf files will not be accepted.
