Memories Until Forever – Call for Art
We are pleased to announce an open call for the upcoming youth art exhibition, “Memories Until Forever.” This event invites young artists, aged 18 and under, to reflect on the theme of memory in its broadest and most imaginative sense.
From fleeting moments of joy to the echoes of history that live on in our minds, we challenge you to explore how memories persist, change, or dissolve over time? How do we hold onto the past, and how do those memories shape the future? Are they crystal clear or blurred with time? Do they live on in physical objects, or are they carried forward only in stories? Let your creativity guide you as you explore the many ways that we can view a memory.
*Artists aged 18 and under are encouraged to partake in the exhibition.
*The show is an open call. The MAA will attempt to find space for all submitted pieces. Artists will have at least one piece guaranteed to be shown, and they may submit up to three of their best works.
*The exhibit will be judged only for ribbons and cash prizes. Decisions regarding the awards will be made by a team of MAA members.
The deadline for online submission is Monday, June 16th, 5:00 PM.
